One-Click PDF Export for Zoho CRM is a powerful and flexible extension that allows users to generate professional, fully customizable PDF documents directly from Zoho CRM records without relying on mail merge templates.
The extension supports multiple CRM modules including Leads, Contacts, Deals, Accounts, Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices. Once installed, a PDF Export button appears on the top-right of each supported record, enabling users to generate PDFs instantly.
When the PDF Export button is clicked, users are redirected to a dynamic PDF builder where all module fields (including subforms) are fetched automatically. Users can select or remove fields, reorder content, customize titles, apply branding such as company logos, adjust fonts and typography, and choose or apply templates.
For the Quotes module, users can save customized layouts as templates and reuse them for future quotes, ensuring consistent branding and faster document generation.
